Processing Your Shipment
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, depending on current order volume and product availability.
All shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated as a guaranteed service.
How We Ship
We ship using either USPS or UPS. The carrier is selected by HighScoreSaves based on the weight, size, value, and destination of your order. This helps provide the best balance of speed, reliability, and cost for each package.

Incorrect, Incomplete, or Undeliverable Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address may be subject to additional shipping charges before reshipment.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are clearly displayed before checkout, so you always know the exact total before placing your order. Standard shipping is pre-selected by default to provide the most economical option for most customers. Expedited or overnight services may be selected during checkout when available.
Rates are calculated based on weight, size, and destination. No hidden fees are added at checkout.

Tracking and Delivery Issues
Order Email Updates
After placing an order, you will receive email updates to keep you informed throughout the shipping process.
- ✅ Confirmed and Processing: Your order has been received and is being prepared.
- 📦 Packed, Tracked, and On Its Way: Your package has shipped and tracking information is available.
- 📬 Reached Its Final Level — Delivered: The carrier has marked your package as delivered.
If You Did Not Receive Your Package
Begin by checking your personal package tracking link to review the most recent tracking update or delivery attempt. If the tracking status shows "Delivered," please inspect your property carefully, including porches, side doors, garages, mailboxes, parcel lockers, and other secure locations where the carrier may have left the package.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact HighScoreSaves within 5 business days of delivery so we can assist with the carrier claim process.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is lost in transit or appears to be missing, please contact USPS or UPS as soon as possible to begin a delivery investigation. HighScoreSaves will gladly assist by providing shipment details and supporting documentation when needed.
If the carrier determines that the package was not successfully delivered or confirms that it is not officially marked as "Delivered," HighScoreSaves will promptly arrange for a replacement shipment.

Customs, Taxes and Requirements
- Duties, VAT, GST, and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Customs values cannot be reduced or marked as gifts.
- A valid phone number is required on all international orders.
- Customs processing may cause delivery delays.
Country-Specific Information
France
France orders must ship using UPS Expedited. Due to shipping reliability and delivery requirements within France, only UPS Expedited service is accepted for orders shipped to this destination.
This method provides full tracking, faster transit times, and more consistent customs processing compared to lower-tier international services.
Restricted Destinations
No direct shipping to Brazil, Mexico, or certain high-risk regions.
HighScoreSaves does not currently ship directly to these destinations due to past shipping challenges such as lost packages, unreliable tracking, extended customs delays, and delivery complications.
If Your Country Is Not Available
If your country does not appear as a shipping option during checkout, it may be due to shipping restrictions, carrier limitations, or delivery reliability concerns for that region.
Customers may choose to use a trusted international forwarding service. A forwarding service provides a local shipping address in a supported country, receives the package on your behalf, and forwards it to your final destination.
Another option is to purchase through our HighScoreSaves eBay store, where international shipping programs may allow delivery to additional countries not supported through direct website checkout.
Ordering and Accepted Payments
To ensure accurate order processing, shipment tracking, order history, and secure payment processing, all orders must be placed through the HighScoreSaves secure website checkout system. Orders cannot be accepted by phone, email, text message, or social media.
We accept PayPal, credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Venmo.
Using the official checkout allows orders to be properly recorded, enables automated order and shipping notifications, and ensures payment transactions are handled through secure, encrypted processing.
Privacy and Security
Customer privacy and data security are a top priority at HighScoreSaves. Information provided during checkout, such as your name, shipping address, and contact details, is used solely for processing orders, providing order updates, and delivering purchased products.

Returns and Refunds
Return Period
We offer a 30-day return period from the date of purchase on most items. To qualify for a return, the item must be in like-new condition and free from damage, excessive wear, misuse, or modification.
When applicable, please include all original components, accessories, documentation, and packaging with your return. This helps us inspect and process your return as quickly as possible.
Proof of Purchase
A valid HighScoreSaves order number or proof of purchase is required for all returns, refunds, defective item claims, and shipping investigations.
Return Costs
Unless otherwise stated, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. A restocking fee may apply to returned items that require testing, inspection, repackaging, or are returned incomplete.
Before returning any product, a Return Merchandise Authorization is required. Your original order number will be used as the return reference. To obtain return instructions, please contact sales@highscoresaves.com.
Return Conditions
Returned items must be in like-new condition and include all original kit components, accessories, and documentation when applicable. Items that are damaged, modified, incomplete, or show excessive wear may not be eligible for a refund.
Digital downloads and ARpiCADE software images are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Please ensure that only items purchased directly from HighScoreSaves are included with your return. We cannot accept, process, or return products that were not purchased from HighScoreSaves.

Refund Timeline
Refunds are typically issued within 72 hours after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved. Once your refund has been processed, your bank, credit card provider, or payment service may take additional time to make the funds available, depending on their processing policies.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact HighScoreSaves as soon as possible at sales@highscoresaves.com.
Please include your order number and a description of the issue. Photos may be requested to help evaluate shipping damage, installation issues, or product defects.
HighScoreSaves will review the issue and work with you to determine the most appropriate resolution, which may include replacement parts, product exchange, technical assistance, or a refund when applicable.
Digital Downloads
Digital downloads, ARpiCADE software images, and other electronically delivered products become available immediately after checkout. Once your purchase is completed, the files can be accessed right away for instant use. Because these items are delivered electronically, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please ensure you are purchasing the correct download before completing your order.

Darksoft Multigame Kits ship anywhere within the United States for a flat rate of $35.99. Insurance is included and all Darksoft shipments are sent with Signature Required for added protection.
Orders containing multiple Darksoft Multigame Kits will ship together for the same flat shipping rate.
Darksoft products are shipped using either UPS or USPS, with the carrier selected at the discretion of HighScoreSaves based on package size, weight, destination, and the most reliable shipping method available at the time of shipment.
