VS Nintendo Multigame Kits for Original Nintendo VS Hardware

Upgrade documented compatible original Nintendo VS System arcade hardware with a multigame kit designed for VS Red Tent, VS Dual Screen Upright, or VS Unisystem cabinet configurations. These kits add convenient game switching and expanded game selections while continuing to run on the original Nintendo VS PCB hardware.

These are original-hardware multigame upgrades, not emulation platforms, reproduction boards, or generic multicade replacements. Game availability depends on the installed Nintendo PPU and selected Game Pak, so identify your cabinet, PCB configuration, CPU, and PPU before ordering.

PPU and Game Pak Selection

Nintendo VS game compatibility is tied closely to the PPU installed on the original arcade PCB. The Game Pak selected when ordering must match the supported PPU configuration.

Current product configurations document support for PPU references 0001, 0002, 0003, 0004, and 2C03B. The PPU identification number is normally printed on the chip and may be located underneath a heatsink.

Depending on PPU, cabinet, and Game Pak selection, supported titles can include Super Mario Bros., Excitebike, Mighty Bomb Jack, Pinball, Battle City, Tetris, Skate Kid, Mach Rider, Slalom, Golf, Soccer, Clu Clu Land, Ice Climber, Ninja Jajamaru Kun, Star Luster, Wrecking Crew, Balloon Fight, Tennis, Hogan's Alley, and Duck Hunt.

Not every title is available with every PPU or Game Pak configuration. Verify your PPU first, then choose the corresponding Game Pak when ordering.

Wi-Fi and High Score Saving

The current VS Nintendo Red Tent / Dual Upright and Unisystem product pages are presented as original-hardware multigame systems and do not list a Wi-Fi-enabled leaderboard option.

They also do not currently list HighScoreSaves permanent high-score saving as a product feature. For that reason, this category should describe these products as VS Nintendo multigame kits rather than promising high-score-save or Wi-Fi functionality that is not shown on the current product pages.
