Free Play and Permanent High Scores

Free Play allows Gravitar to start without inserting coins while retaining traditional Coin-Up operation as an available setting.

Supported score data is stored using serial EEPROM, so batteries and NVRAM are not required for saved scores. The kit stores the Top 10 supported high scores permanently.

Separate score tables are supported for 2, 3, 4, and 5 lives settings, helping keep score results organized across different gameplay configurations.

Atari Vector Hardware, Fast Boot, and Stealth Mode

Gravitar uses Atari vector arcade hardware, and this kit is designed to keep that original vector gameplay, cabinet controls, timing, and display behavior intact.

Fast Boot reduces startup time so the game loads more quickly after power-on. Stealth Mode boots directly into gameplay for a more original cabinet appearance.

Attract mode protection helps reduce vector monitor burn-in during idle operation, while adjustable attract sounds allow the attract rotation behavior to be configured for your arcade or game room.
