Arcade Hardware Compatibility
Many HighScoreSaves products are designed for original arcade PCB hardware. Arcade boards can vary by manufacturer, production revision, repair history, socket condition, prior modifications, regional version, bootleg status, and overall board condition.
Customers are responsible for confirming that a product is compatible with their specific arcade PCB, cabinet, wiring, hardware revision, and intended use before purchase and installation.
Compatibility information is provided in good faith based on available documentation, known hardware revisions, testing, and customer support history. However, compatibility cannot be guaranteed for every board variation, modified board, damaged board, bootleg board, or previously repaired PCB.
Installation Responsibility
Installation of arcade kits, chips, daughter cards, adapters, sockets, wiring, and related hardware should be performed only by individuals who are comfortable working with arcade electronics and original PCB hardware.
Customers are responsible for following all installation instructions, verifying chip orientation, confirming Pin 1 location, ensuring power is off before installation, and handling arcade boards with proper care.
HighScoreSaves is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, reversed chips, improper orientation, bent pins, electrical shorts, damaged sockets, board defects, power supply issues, soldering mistakes, static discharge, improper handling, prior board repairs, or modifications made by the customer or a third party.
Installation guides, videos, diagrams, photos, written instructions, and support information are provided as helpful resources. They do not replace proper technical knowledge, safe handling practices, or professional repair service when needed.
Customer Accounts
Customers may create an account to view order history, manage account details, and access certain website features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete account and checkout information. HighScoreSaves is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, account issues, or order problems caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

We accept PayPal, credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Venmo.

Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, depending on current order volume and product availability.
Shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated as a guaranteed service.
HighScoreSaves ships using USPS or UPS. The carrier may be selected by HighScoreSaves based on package size, weight, value, destination, shipping method, and reliability.

Incorrect, Incomplete, or Undeliverable Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address may be subject to additional shipping charges before reshipment.
HighScoreSaves is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, returned packages, or delivery problems caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable customer-provided addresses.

Tracking and Delivery Issues
After placing an order, customers may receive email updates confirming order status, shipment tracking, and delivery information.
If tracking shows a package as delivered, customers should check porches, side doors, garages, mailboxes, parcel lockers, building offices, and other secure locations where the carrier may have left the package.
If a package is lost in transit or appears to be missing, customers should contact USPS or UPS as soon as possible to begin a delivery investigation. HighScoreSaves will assist by providing shipment details and supporting documentation when needed.
If a package arrives visibly damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact HighScoreSaves within 5 business days of delivery so we can assist with the carrier claim process.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for complying with all local import laws, customs rules, taxes, duties, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, and delivery requirements in their country.
Customs values cannot be reduced, altered, or marked as gifts. Customs processing may delay delivery and is outside the control of HighScoreSaves.
A valid phone number may be required on international orders for carrier and customs purposes.
France
Orders shipping to France must use UPS Expedited due to shipping reliability and delivery requirements.
Restricted Destinations
If your country does not appear as a shipping option during checkout, it may be due to carrier limitations, shipping restrictions, or delivery reliability concerns for that region.
Customers may choose to use a trusted international forwarding service or purchase through the HighScoreSaves eBay store when international shipping programs are available.
Returns and Refunds
Return Period
HighScoreSaves offers a 30-day return period from the date of purchase on most eligible items. To qualify for a return, the item must be in like-new condition and free from damage, excessive wear, misuse, missing parts, or modification.
When applicable, returned items must include all original components, accessories, documentation, and packaging.
Return Authorization Required
Before returning any product, a Return Merchandise Authorization is required. Your original order number will be used as the return reference. To request return instructions, contact sales@highscoresaves.com.
Items returned without authorization, without a valid order number, or without proof of purchase may be refused or delayed.
Return Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped. A restocking fee may apply to returned items that require testing, inspection, repackaging, or are returned incomplete.

Refund Timeline
Refunds are typically issued within 72 hours after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved. Once your refund has been processed, your bank, credit card provider, or payment service may take additional time to make the funds available, depending on their processing policies.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact HighScoreSaves as soon as possible at sales@highscoresaves.com.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos when helpful. Photos may be requested to evaluate shipping damage, installation issues, product defects, incorrect items, missing parts, or compatibility concerns.

Claims involving damage caused by incorrect installation, improper orientation, electrical issues, modified hardware, prior board damage, or customer handling may not qualify for replacement or refund.
Digital Downloads and Software Images
Digital downloads, ARpiCADE software images, and other electronically delivered products become available immediately after checkout. Because these items are delivered electronically and can be accessed right away, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Customers are responsible for confirming that they are purchasing the correct digital product before completing checkout.
HighScoreSaves is not responsible for download issues caused by customer device limitations, unsupported hardware, improper installation, corrupted storage media, incorrect file handling, network issues, or customer-side software problems.
Wi-Fi Enabled Kits and Online Services
Some HighScoreSaves products may include optional Wi-Fi features, online high score uploading, online leaderboards, personal high score pages, or related online services.
Wi-Fi features require compatible hardware, correct kit configuration, a supported wireless network, accurate setup information, and a reliable internet connection. Customer network settings, router compatibility, signal strength, firewall settings, internet service issues, and local network conditions are outside the control of HighScoreSaves.
Online score features and leaderboard services are provided as a convenience and may be updated, changed, interrupted, limited, or discontinued when necessary for maintenance, security, technical improvements, abuse prevention, or service changes.
Customers are responsible for entering Wi-Fi information, PK and SK keys, leaderboard details, and other setup information accurately. HighScoreSaves is not responsible for setup delays, failed uploads, lost connectivity, incorrect display information, or score upload issues caused by incorrect customer-provided information or local network problems.
