HighScoreSaves sells arcade-related products, including Free Play and High Score Save Kits, Wi-Fi Enabled kits, multigame kits, arcade parts, accessories, reproduction parts, software images, digital downloads, and related items.
Product descriptions, images, compatibility notes, installation information, pricing, availability, and specifications are provided for customer convenience. HighScoreSaves works to keep product information accurate, but errors, omissions, typographical mistakes, image differences, specification changes, and availability changes may occur.

Compatibility
Many HighScoreSaves products are designed for original arcade PCB hardware. Arcade boards can vary by manufacturer, production revision, repair history, socket condition, prior modifications, regional version, bootleg status, component condition, and overall board condition.
Customers are responsible for confirming that a product is compatible with their specific arcade PCB, cabinet, wiring, board revision, hardware configuration, and intended use before purchase and installation.
Compatibility information is provided in good faith based on available documentation, known hardware revisions, testing, and customer support history. Compatibility cannot be guaranteed for every board variation, modified board, damaged board, bootleg board, previously repaired PCB, or customer setup.
Installation Responsibility
Installation of arcade kits, chips, daughter cards, adapters, sockets, wiring, and related hardware should be performed only by individuals who are comfortable working with arcade electronics and original PCB hardware.
Customers are responsible for following all installation instructions, verifying chip orientation, confirming Pin 1 location, ensuring power is off before installation, and handling arcade boards with proper care.
HighScoreSaves is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, reversed chips, improper orientation, bent pins, electrical shorts, damaged sockets, board defects, power supply issues, soldering mistakes, static discharge, improper handling, prior board repairs, unstable hardware, or damage caused or contributed to by modifications, alterations, or repairs performed by the customer or a third party.
Installation guides, videos, diagrams, photos, written instructions, and support information are provided as helpful resources. They do not replace proper technical knowledge, safe handling practices, or professional repair service when needed.
Product Availability and Pricing
Product availability, pricing, descriptions, images, shipping options, and product details may change without notice. HighScoreSaves may update product pages, discontinue products, limit quantities, adjust pricing, or change product options at any time.
HighScoreSaves works to provide accurate pricing and availability, but errors may occur. If an order is affected by an incorrect price, product error, availability error, checkout error, or listing mistake, HighScoreSaves may contact the customer, correct the error, cancel the order, issue a refund, or provide available options.
Placing an item in a shopping cart does not reserve inventory, lock pricing, or guarantee availability. An order is not accepted until payment is authorized and the order is reviewed for processing.

Shipping
HighScoreSaves ships products within the processing times described in our Shipping, Returns and Store Policies whenever possible. Processing times are estimates and may vary depending on inventory, product assembly, order volume, holidays, carrier schedules, supplier availability, and other circumstances.
Certain products may require additional assembly, testing, programming, or quality control before shipment. If an order is expected to exceed the normal processing time, HighScoreSaves will communicate the delay by email or by telephone when a phone number has been provided.

Customers are responsible for properly configuring supported network settings, entering PK and SK keys correctly, and maintaining compatible network hardware when required.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HighScoreSaves shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website, products, digital downloads, documentation, installation information, Wi-Fi services, or online leaderboard services.
This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of use, loss of data, downtime, cabinet damage, PCB damage, component damage, electrical damage, shipping delays, or other losses resulting from installation, compatibility issues, third-party services, or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of HighScoreSaves.
Where permitted by law, the maximum liability of HighScoreSaves relating to any claim shall not exceed the purchase price actually paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HighScoreSaves, its owners, employees, representatives, affiliates, suppliers, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, expenses, and reasonable attorney fees arising from your misuse of the website, violation of these Terms of Service, unlawful conduct, or improper installation or use of purchased products.

Force Majeure

Examples include severe weather, natural disasters, fire, power outages, internet or hosting outages, labor disputes, carrier delays, supplier shortages, customs delays, government actions, epidemics, pandemics, cyberattacks, or other unforeseen events.
Processing and shipping estimates may be extended when these events occur.
