Not every Namco System 2 board stack is supported. Before ordering, identify both boards in the stack and compare the Video PCB with the current Darksoft installation documentation. The donor main PCB and Video PCB must be working properly before either board is prepared for the multigame installation.

Namco System 2 Main PCB & Video PCB Compatibility

Working Original Main PCB Required The Darksoft system requires a functioning original Namco System 2 main PCB. Existing power, logic, connector, or board-level problems should be corrected before installation begins.
Compatible Video PCB Revision Required A compatible Namco System 2 Video PCB is also required. Not every System 2 Video PCB revision is supported, so the actual Video PCB must be compared with the current installation guide before ordering.
