Original Gyruss Arcade PCB Compatibility
Dedicated Gyruss Kit Installation Requirements
The dedicated Gyruss kit requires a socketed Z80 processor on documented compatible original Gyruss hardware.
If the Z80 is already installed in a compatible 40-pin socket, normal daughterboard installation does not require soldering.
If the Z80 is soldered directly to the PCB, a qualified arcade technician must install a compatible 40-pin socket before the kit can be fitted.
