How Global Wi-Fi Arcade High Scores Work
Global Arcade High Scores are powered by Wi-Fi enabled Free Play and High Score Save Kits installed on original arcade hardware. When a supported game is played, scores can be securely uploaded online, creating a verified global leaderboard without emulation or gameplay modification.
Each leaderboard reflects real gameplay on authentic arcade PCBs, preserving original timing, difficulty, and scoring rules. This ensures rankings remain accurate, competitive, and trusted by collectors and operators worldwide.
Compatibility and Requirements
Only select Free Play and High Score Save Kits support Wi-Fi score uploads. Compatibility depends on the specific arcade game and hardware revision. Supported kits clearly indicate Wi-Fi capability on their product pages along with installation guides and setup instructions.
Wi-Fi connectivity is optional and does not affect normal gameplay, free play operation, or offline score saving. Games continue to function normally even if a network connection is not configured.
Accuracy and Fair Play
Scores are uploaded and displayed only from supported hardware configurations to maintain accuracy, consistency, and fairness across all leaderboards.
