Installation: Plug-in installation when the original Z80 is already socketed. The original processor is removed from the PCB, installed on the kit, and the assembled kit is installed in the original CPU socket. If the Z80 is soldered directly to the PCB, a qualified arcade technician must install a compatible 40-pin socket first.

Does installation require soldering?
No soldering is required when the original Z80 is already installed in a compatible 40-pin socket. If the processor is soldered directly to the PCB, a qualified arcade technician must install a compatible socket first.

How do I enter the settings menu?
Hold Player 1 Start for approximately 4 seconds while turning on the cabinet, then follow the on-screen prompt.
How do I select Version 1 or Version 2?
Set DIP1 ON for Version 1 or DIP1 OFF for Version 2.
Which program ROMs can be removed with ROM Saver?
D6, D7, D8, D10, D11, and D13 may optionally be removed when the kit is installed as directed in the installation guide.
