Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are clearly displayed before checkout, so you always know the exact total before placing your order. Standard shipping is pre-selected by default to provide the most economical option for most customers. Expedited or overnight services may be selected during checkout when available.
Rates are calculated based on weight, size, and destination. No hidden fees are added at checkout.

Customs, Taxes and Requirements
- Duties, VAT, GST, and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Customs values cannot be reduced or marked as gifts.
- A valid phone number is required on all international orders.
- Customs processing may cause delivery delays.
Country-Specific Information
France
France orders must ship using UPS Expedited. Due to shipping reliability and delivery requirements within France, only UPS Expedited service is accepted for orders shipped to this destination.
This method provides full tracking, faster transit times, and more consistent customs processing compared to lower-tier international services.
Restricted Destinations
No direct shipping to Brazil, Mexico, or certain high-risk regions.
HighScoreSaves does not currently ship directly to these destinations due to past shipping challenges such as lost packages, unreliable tracking, extended customs delays, and delivery complications.
If Your Country Is Not Available
If your country does not appear as a shipping option during checkout, it may be due to shipping restrictions, carrier limitations, or delivery reliability concerns for that region.
Customers may choose to use a trusted international forwarding service. A forwarding service provides a local shipping address in a supported country, receives the package on your behalf, and forwards it to your final destination.
Another option is to purchase through our HighScoreSaves eBay store, where international shipping programs may allow delivery to additional countries not supported through direct website checkout.
Special Notes
Darksoft Products
Darksoft Multigame Kits ship anywhere within the United States for a flat rate of $35.99. Insurance is included and all Darksoft shipments are sent with Signature Required for added protection.
Orders containing multiple Darksoft Multigame Kits will ship together for the same flat shipping rate.
Darksoft products are shipped using either UPS or USPS, with the carrier selected at the discretion of HighScoreSaves based on package size, weight, destination, and the most reliable shipping method available at the time of shipment.
Orders over $750: Orders with a total value over $750 require shipping insurance and signature confirmation upon delivery.
Shipping charges are non-refundable: Original shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been processed and shipped.
Digital Downloads
Digital downloads are non-refundable.
Digital downloads become available immediately after checkout. Once your purchase is completed, the files can be accessed right away for instant use. Because these items are delivered electronically, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please ensure you are purchasing the correct download before completing your order.
Tracking and Delivery Issues
Order Email Updates
After placing an order, you will receive email updates to keep you informed throughout the shipping process.
- Confirmed and Processing: Your order has been received and is being prepared.
- Packed, Tracked, and On Its Way: Your package has shipped and tracking information is available.
- Reached Its Final Level — Delivered: The carrier has marked your package as delivered.
If You Did Not Receive Your Package
Begin by checking your Personal Package Tracking Link to see the most recent scan or delivery attempt. If tracking states “Delivered,” check around your property, including porches, side doors, garages, mailboxes, and safe-drop areas.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Claims for lost or stolen packages must be filed directly with USPS or UPS because the shipping carrier manages the official investigation process.
If the carrier determines that the package was not successfully delivered or confirms that it is not officially marked as “Delivered,” HighScoreSaves will promptly arrange for a replacement to be sent.
Delivered packages: Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, HighScoreSaves has fulfilled its shipping obligation. Responsibility for the package transfers to the delivery location, and HighScoreSaves cannot be held liable for packages reported missing after confirmed delivery.
Returns and Refunds
Return Period
We offer a 30-day return period from the date of purchase on most items. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in like-new condition and free from damage, excessive wear, or modification.
Products should be returned with all original components and packaging when applicable so the return can be properly inspected and processed.
Return Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Conditions
Returned items must be in like-new condition and include all original kit components. Digital downloads and ArPiCade images are not eligible for return.
