Shipping and Delivery

Processing Your Shipment

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after placement.

How We Ship

We ship using USPS or UPS, selected at our discretion based on the package’s size, weight, and destination. Tracking information and delivery updates will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier performance, transit conditions, or weather-related delays. HighScoreSaves.com is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed before you complete your purchase. Checkout defaults to Standard shipping, with Expedited or Overnight options available when applicable. You may select a different shipping method during checkout if preferred.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

Delivery Speed

  • Standard: 4–6 business days via USPS Ground Advantage
  • Expedited: 2–3 business days via USPS Priority or UPS Ground
  • Overnight: 1 business day via UPS Overnight (order by Noon CST)

International Shipping

Delivery Speed

  • Standard: 7–21 business days via USPS First Class International
  • Expedited: 2–5 business days via UPS Expedited

Customs & Requirements

Customers may choose their preferred international shipping method at checkout and are responsible for any applicable customs duties, VAT, taxes, or import fees. A valid phone number is required for all international shipments to ensure accurate delivery and customs processing.

Country-Specific Information

Restrictions

  • France: Only UPS Expedited (2–5 days) is accepted; other methods will be refunded.
  • We do not ship to: Brazil, Mexico, and other high-risk destinations.
  • If your country is not available at checkout, we recommend using a reputable package forwarding service or purchasing through our eBay store. Please note that we do not endorse or recommend any specific forwarding provider; selecting a service is solely the customer’s responsibility.

Special Notes

Additional Requirements

  • Darksoft products: UPS only, with insurance and signature required.
  • Orders over $750: Ship with insurance and signature required.
  • Shipping charges: Non-refundable unless there is a HighScoreSaves error.

Digital Downloads

Digital downloads, including install guides and software updates, are available immediately after checkout via the email link or through your My Account → Orders page. Due to their electronic nature, all digital products are considered final and are non-refundable.

Tracking & Delivery Issues

You will receive three notifications: Order Confirmation → Shipping Confirmation (with tracking) → Delivery Confirmation. These are sent to the email you provided at checkout.

If You Did Not Receive Your Package

Please begin by reviewing your tracking information. If the shipment is marked “Delivered,” check the surrounding area and confirm with household members or coworkers who may have accepted the package. If you are still unable to locate it, contact us immediately for assistance.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked “Delivered,” the recipient must file a claim directly with USPS or UPS. A replacement will only be issued once the carrier completes its investigation and confirms that the package was lost while in transit.

Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

Import taxes, VAT, and brokerage fees are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the recipient. We do not modify customs values or classify shipments as gifts under any circumstances.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is the result of an error on our part. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Returned items must arrive in the same condition in which they were received; items that are damaged, incomplete, or improperly packaged may be denied or subject to a partial refund. Exchanges are processed as a return followed by a new order for the desired item.

Return Costs

  • Return shipping: Customer pays unless our error.
  • Original shipping: Not refundable.
  • Restocking fee: May apply (typically 10%) for opened, used, or incomplete items.
  • RMA required: Email sales@highscoresaves.com for authorization.

Return Conditions

  • Item must be in like-new condition.
  • Must include all original packaging and components (required for Darksoft kits).
  • Digital downloads and Arpicade images cannot be returned.
  • Do not return any items that were not purchased from HighScoreSaves.com, including processors or products from other companies. Such items will not be accepted or returned.

Refund & Exchange Timeline

Refunds are issued within 72 hours after the returned item has been inspected and approved. Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the posting of funds. This policy does not affect or limit any statutory rights you may have under consumer protection laws.
