Processing Your Shipment
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, depending on current order volume and product availability. Once your shipment is prepared, it is securely packaged and handed off to the carrier. You will then receive a “Packed, Tracked, and On Its Way!” email confirming that your order has officially shipped. This email includes a Personal Package Tracking Link so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way. Tracking updates will continue to appear as the carrier scans and moves your package through its network.
How We Ship
We ship using either USPS or UPS, and the carrier is selected by HighScoreSaves based on the weight, size, value, and destination of your order. This ensures the best balance of speed, reliability, and cost for each package. While most shipments move quickly and without issues, delivery estimates are not guaranteed by either carrier. Weather conditions, peak-season volume, and unforeseen carrier delays may occasionally extend transit times. Rest assured, your tracking link will always update as soon as the carrier scans and moves your package through its network.

You may choose expedited or overnight services during checkout if they are available for your order. Rates are calculated automatically based on weight, size, and destination to ensure accurate pricing. No hidden fees are added at any point—what you see at checkout is what you pay.

Country-Specific Information
Restrictions
- France: Due to shipping reliability and delivery requirements within France, only UPS Expedited service is accepted for orders shipped to this destination. This shipping method provides full tracking, faster transit times, and more consistent customs processing compared to other international shipping options. Using UPS Expedited helps reduce delays, lost packages, and incomplete tracking updates that can sometimes occur with lower-tier international services. For these reasons, orders destined for France must be shipped using UPS Expedited to ensure the most secure and dependable delivery experience.
- No shipping to: Brazil, Mexico, and certain high-risk regions: At this time, HighScoreSaves does not ship directly to Brazil, Mexico, or certain regions that are considered high risk for international delivery. This policy is based on past shipping challenges such as lost packages, unreliable tracking, extended customs delays, and a higher likelihood of delivery complications. These issues can make it difficult to ensure that orders arrive safely and within a reasonable timeframe. To help protect both customers and shipments, orders to these destinations are currently restricted. Customers in these areas may wish to consider using a trusted international forwarding service or purchasing through an authorized marketplace if available.
- If your country is not available, consider a forwarding service or our eBay store. If your country does not appear as a shipping option during checkout, it may be due to shipping restrictions, carrier limitations, or delivery reliability concerns for that region. In these cases, customers may choose to use a trusted international forwarding service. A forwarding service provides you with a local shipping address in a supported country, receives the package on your behalf, and then forwards it to your final destination.
Another option is to purchase through our HighScoreSaves eBay store, where international shipping programs may allow delivery to additional countries not supported through our direct website checkout. These programs can sometimes provide expanded shipping coverage and alternative delivery methods that may work better for certain regions.
Special Notes
Darksoft products:
Darksoft products are shipped using either UPS or USPS, with the carrier selected at the discretion of HighScoreSaves. Because these items often have higher value or specific packaging requirements, the shipping method is chosen based on the destination, package weight, size, and the most reliable service available at the time of shipment. This approach helps ensure that Darksoft products are delivered safely and efficiently while maintaining proper tracking throughout the delivery process.
Orders over $750:
Orders with a total value over $750 require both shipping insurance and signature confirmation upon delivery. These additional safeguards help ensure that high-value shipments are protected during transit and that the package is received by the intended recipient. Insurance provides coverage in the unlikely event that the package is lost or damaged, while the signature requirement confirms that the shipment was physically accepted at the delivery address.
Shipping charges:
Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been processed and shipped. These fees cover the cost of packaging materials, handling, and carrier transportation services used to deliver the package. Even in cases where an item is returned or a refund is issued for the product itself, the original shipping cost cannot be reimbursed because the service has already been completed by the carrier.
Digital Downloads
Digital downloads are non-refundable and become available immediately after checkout. Once your purchase is completed, the files can be accessed right away for instant use. Because these items are delivered electronically, they cannot be returned or exchanged. Please ensure you are purchasing the correct download before completing your order.
Tracking & Delivery Issues
After placing an order, you will receive three email updates that keep you informed throughout the shipping process. The first email, “Confirmed & Processing,” lets you know that your order has been successfully received and is being prepared. During this stage, your items are gathered, inspected, and readied for shipment to ensure everything in your order is correct before it leaves our facility.
Once your order has been packed and handed off to the carrier, you will receive the second update, “Packed, Tracked, and On Its Way!” This email confirms that your package has officially shipped and includes your tracking information. The tracking link allows you to monitor the movement of your shipment as it travels through the carrier’s network and approaches its final destination.
The final update, “Reached Its Final Level — Delivered!”, confirms that the carrier has completed delivery of your package. At this stage, the tracking status will indicate that the shipment has been successfully delivered to the address provided during checkout. These three notifications ensure you stay informed from the moment your order is placed until it safely arrives at your door.
If You Did Not Receive Your Package
Begin by checking your Personal Package Tracking Link to see the most recent scan or delivery attempt. If it states “Delivered,” look carefully around your property—including porches, side doors, garages, mailboxes, and any safe-drop areas the carrier may have used.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Claims for lost or stolen packages must be filed directly with USPS or UPS, as the shipping carrier manages and controls the official investigation process. The carrier reviews tracking scans, delivery records, and driver documentation to determine the status of the shipment and whether a delivery issue has occurred.
If the carrier determines that the package was not successfully delivered or confirms that it is not officially marked as “Delivered,” we will promptly arrange for a replacement to be sent. Our responsibility is to ensure the order is properly packaged and handed off to the courier for delivery to the address provided during checkout.
Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, HighScoreSaves has fulfilled its shipping obligation. At that point, responsibility for the package transfers to the delivery location, and HighScoreSaves cannot be held liable for packages reported missing after a confirmed delivery.
