Shipping and Delivery
Processing Your Shipment
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, depending on current order volume and product availability. Once your shipment is prepared, it is securely packaged and handed off to the carrier. You will then receive a “Packed, Tracked, and On Its Way!” email confirming that your order has officially shipped. This email includes a Personal Package Tracking Link so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way. Tracking updates will continue to appear as the carrier scans and moves your package through its network.
How We Ship
We ship using either USPS or UPS, and the carrier is selected by HighScoreSaves based on the weight, size, value, and destination of your order. This ensures the best balance of speed, reliability, and cost for each package. While most shipments move quickly and without issues, delivery estimates are not guaranteed by either carrier. Weather conditions, peak-season volume, and unforeseen carrier delays may occasionally extend transit times. Rest assured, your tracking link will always update as soon as the carrier scans and moves your package through its network.

- No shipping to: Brazil, Mexico, and certain high-risk regions.

- Darksoft products: Ship via UPS or USPS at HighScoreSaves discretion.
- Orders over $750: Insurance and signature confirmation are required to ensure your package is fully protected during transit. This added security helps prevent loss, theft, or misdelivery and guarantees that the shipment is received by the correct person.
- Shipping charges: Non-refundable.
Digital Downloads
Digital downloads are non-refundable and become available immediately after checkout. Once your purchase is completed, the files can be accessed right away for instant use. Because these items are delivered electronically, they cannot be returned or exchanged. Please ensure you are purchasing the correct download before completing your order.
Tracking & Delivery Issues
You will receive three email updates: “Confirmed & Processing,” “Packed, Tracked, and On Its Way!”, and “Reached Its Final Level — Delivered!”.
If You Did Not Receive Your Package
Begin by checking your Personal Package Tracking Link to see the most recent scan or delivery attempt. If it states “Delivered,” look carefully around your property—including porches, side doors, garages, mailboxes, and any safe-drop areas the carrier may have used. It’s also a good idea to ask neighbors or household members in case the package was accepted or placed somewhere unexpected. If you still cannot locate the shipment, reach out to the carrier directly so they can begin an official investigation. Starting this process quickly helps the carrier trace the package and determine next steps for recovery or replacement.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Claims for lost or stolen packages must be filed directly with USPS or UPS, as the carrier controls the investigation process. This ensures the claim is officially documented and allows the carrier to review scans, delivery photos and driver notes. In many cases missing packages result from misdelivery or delays, but porch pirates have unfortunately become more common in certain areas.
The carrier will determine whether the package was delivered correctly or if theft, loss or another issue occurred. Once the carrier confirms that the package is not officially "Delivered", we will promptly issue a replacement. Highscoresaves only obligation is to have the courier deliver the package. Once it is marked as "Delivered", Highscoresaves did what was paid for and is not liable for missing packages.
Returns & Refunds
We offer 30-day returns from the date of purchase on most items, provided they are returned in like-new condition. This means the item must be clean, undamaged, and include all original parts, components, and accessories. Returns that show signs of heavy use, modification or improper handling may not be eligible for a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Timeline
Refunds are typically issued within 72 hours after the returned item has been inspected and approved. Once the refund is processed, your bank or credit card may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the funds to your account.
